Incurvamento congenito del pene (deviazione del pene)

Anche se ad un primo sguardo non si vede, sapevate che quasi nessun pene è completamente dritto? Proprio come il naso e il viso, e persino i seni di una donna, che in effetti non sono quasi mai uguali né simmetrici. Naturalmente è tuttavia problematico per ogni parte del corpo se il diverso orientamento è così forte da dare fastidio dal punto di vista estetico alla persona coinvolta o ne compromette la funzionalità. Circa il 5% degli uomini sono affetti persino da un incurvamento grave del pene, il che può condurre a ripercuotersi gravemente sul desiderio e sull’amore. È eminentemente importante sentirsi a proprio agio nel proprio corpo.

Causa

Un incurvamento congenito del pene si sviluppa già nel grembo materno. Soprattutto per motivi ormonali, il tessuto può svilupparsi in modo asimmetrico e i tre corpi cavernosi del membro possono essersi sviluppati con diverse dimensioni. A volte si ha anche un’uretra più corta, ossia una cosiddetta ipoplasia dell’uretra. La deviazione congenita del pene non varia nell’uomo adulto.

Rimedio

Si considera un’operazione solamente quando i soggetti affetti soffrono di dolore o considerevoli limitazioni durante l’atto sessuale. Generalmente si sconsiglia una correzione a fini estetici poiché, a seconda dei casi, i rischi di ledere strutture importanti per le particolari funzioni del pene sono elevati.

Inoltre, in un’operazione estetica è generalmente possibile adattare solamente il corpo cavernoso più lungo a quello più corto; è necessario tenere in conto che il pene si accorcerà di qualche centimetro. Non di rado, inoltre, il membro dopo l’operazione è poco imponente.

È per tale motivo che la terapia con PHALLOSAN forte è una vera e propria alternativa ai metodi chirurgici di correzione del pene: grazie alla trazione costante, esso può eliminare il problema della perdita di lunghezza in un incurvamento o ad ogni modo migliorarlo, in quanto il pene viene allungato grazie all’azione della trazione in corrispondenza del glanda. A riguardo, non svolge alcun ruolo la direzione della deviazione.
